Back in the 1980’s, Bob Sharpe purchased 3,000 acres of deserted farmland outside of Tucson with a dream of “Creating a Better Life.” That dream became what you may know as Rancho Sahuarita. That should give you an idea of the kinds of success stories that RSMC creates. We are a high performing team that functions independently and moves quickly. You can’t make the impact we do moving slowly! We aggressively make deals while others delay. We like to lead, creating a path others may follow or emulate. Despite the magnitude of the deals we create, we leave an incredibly smooth wake behind us. You can see that in the community that is Rancho Sahuarita.
(Please note…positions at RSMC are located in their office on Fort Lowell Road in Tucson, and not at Rancho Sahuarita.)
Now headed by Bob’s son Jeremy, RSMC continues to grow Rancho Sahuarita while they plan for what’s next. You can find out a little bit about what Bob and Jeremy have built at https://foundation.uli.org/governors-at-work/. But you’d have to be as visionary as Jeremy is to see the next chapter for RSMC. By building Rancho Sahuarita, Bob created a legacy of a better life that others enjoy. By building for the future, Jeremy will continue that legacy for new generations.
We are only accepting applications for positions listed below. We won’t entertain applicants at our office; everyone invited to have further discussions will go through a process designed to be sure you know what you’re getting into and that we fit each other. We’re very selective about the people we ask to join us. We wouldn’t be a high-performing team if we weren’t. In fact, we wouldn’t be RSMC.
If this sounds like the type of team you would thrive in, we encourage you to apply. You could help us reach our next vision as we continue to create a better life.
